Learning tools that exclude people fail at their one job. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA on this site, and the EdTok product is being built to the same bar.
What this site does
- Every interactive element is keyboard-reachable, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA in both the light and dark theme, including placeholder text.
- Animations are disabled when your system requests reduced motion, and no content is hidden behind an animation — the page is fully readable with JavaScript off.
- Form feedback is announced to assistive technology (
aria-live), and controls carry accessible names and states. - Light and dark themes follow your system preference and can be overridden with the toggle in the navigation.
- The document uses semantic HTML with a logical heading order.

None currently known on this site. If we learn of one, it gets listed here until it's fixed.

The product
The EdTok application — video player, quizzes, captions, and LMS views — is being developed against WCAG 2.1 AA, including captioning for lesson video. A full product accessibility conformance report (VPAT) will be available to institutions during pilot evaluation.
