Terms, briefly.
These terms cover edtok.io, our marketing site, and the private-beta waitlist. The EdTok product will have its own terms of service before anyone uses it in a classroom.
The site
edtok.io is informational. We work to keep what it says accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties, and describes a product in private beta — capabilities and timelines may change before launch.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist requests an invitation; it doesn't create an account, a purchase, or any obligation on either side. We may open the beta gradually and can't guarantee an invitation or a date. You can leave the waitlist any time by emailing hello@edtok.io.
Your email
How we handle the address you give us is covered by our privacy policy — the short version: one email when the beta opens, deletion on request.
Content and marks
The EdTok name, mark, and the contents of this site belong to EdTok, Inc. Quote us with attribution; don't pass the site off as your own or use the mark to imply endorsement.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, EdTok, Inc. isn't liable for damages arising from use of this informational site. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it.
